Terms & Conditions – Master Legal Agreement
Wizfair LLC operates as a cruise travel agency. We serve as an independent intermediary between travelers and cruise providers. Wizfair does not own, manage, or operate any cruise vessels.
Wizfair LLC is a member of the Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA) in the capacity of a certified cruise advisor. This affiliation does not establish Wizfair as a cruise operator, nor does it transfer responsibility for the actions or obligations of cruise lines to Wizfair.
By booking through Wizfair’s website or services, you acknowledge and accept these Terms & Conditions. In addition, you agree to comply with the Passenger Ticket Contract.
All services including accommodations, itineraries, and onboard experiences are provided directly by third‑party cruise lines and suppliers. Wizfair assumes no responsibility for cancellations, changes in itinerary, service quality, or operational matters.
Cruise fares and promotional offers are subject to change without prior notice. While Wizfair strives to maintain accurate pricing information, technical or human errors may occur. Wizfair reserves the right to cancel any booking affected by such errors.
By booking through Wizfair, you authorize us to process payments on your behalf and to share necessary booking details to the relevant cruise suppliers.
It is the sole responsibility of each passenger to maintain valid travel documents, including passports, visas, and government‑issued identification. Wizfair is not liable for denied boarding resulting from incomplete or invalid documentation.
Wizfair LLC shall not be held liable for personal injury, property loss, delays, or negligence attributable to cruise lines or other suppliers. Our liability, if any, is strictly limited to the amount of agency service fees paid to Wizfair in connection with your booking.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from the use of Wizfair’s services shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration conducted in the State of New Jersey, in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
